So often the teams that work tirelessly in the background do not benefit from the same level of investment in development as the organisations they serve. Good engineers or site managers get promoted into leadership positions without the skills to lead.
Multi-party project teams like in a PFI contract get thrown together and expected to work collaboratively - with no guidance, no tools, no understanding of each other. Goals are not shared, positions get entrenched and things start to go wrong.
We want to change that by helping organisations invest in their teams.

Matt has been involved in PFI & PPP projects in the UK and Ireland since 1998. 28 years in & around the world of PFI at the time of writing this!
As well as providing PFI expertise to Litmus FM's clients, Matt is retained by NISTA (National Infrastructure & Service Transformation Agency - part of Treasury/Cabinet Office) as a member of the PFI Expert Panel. There, Matt has authored technical guidance documents and provides practical on the ground support for a select few of the more challenging projects.
Specific sector expertise & experience includes education (schools & colleges in the UK and Ireland), government agencies (DWP & DVLA), blue light services, healthcare & highways.
